USERS


1.    You certify that you are 13 years of age or over. If you are under 13 years of age, you will need a full release form from your parent or guardian before posting any messages. This is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).
2.    Usernames or Nicknames that we feel are vulgar, promotional, or rude will be removed.
3.    Always be respectful of other users, the system, and the moderators. MallCrawl is an interactive site, so please treat other users in the manner that you wish to be treated. Any behavior that deters other members from engaging within the MallCrawl community is considered offensive. Disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.  Any such postings will be removed.
4.    Attacks against users are not allowed or tolerated. Should anyone use inappropriate language, start a personal attack, or engage in hate speech, they will be banned from discussions on MallCrawl.
5.    Please be polite and respectful towards other members of the community, and remember that others may not always share your point of view. MallCrawl reserves the right to take action if requested by a community member.
6.    Animated avatars, avatars that may be confused with MallCrawl staff avatars or use of the MallCrawl logo in avatars are not allowed.

7.    You agree not to hold MallCrawl or its members liable for anything stated within the posts.
8.    Please keep your language clean. Refrain from using obscenities.
9.    Stay within the topic area of the topic you are posting a message in, and within any topic that another poster may have started.
10.    Be specific and succinct in your postings to get your point and opinion across clearly.
11.    Please write your post in English.
12.    You are responsible for your own posts and opinions and agree not to hold MallCrawl liable for any messages or comments posted.
13.    You are responsible for copyright infringement in your messages. Please do not post copyrighted material in your messages unless you yourself hold the copyright or have received permission from the author.
14.    Please refrain from posting meaningless threads and one word or nonsense posts.
15.    Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
16.    Periodically the Moderators of MallCrawl will post his or her comments, but they may not necessarily reflect the opinions of MallCrawl or its employees.
17.    We do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature. Links to adult content, pages with links to adult content, near adult content or messages describing anything against the law will be removed immediately.
18.    Do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws.
19.    Email excerpts of ANY type or length are not allowed on MallCrawl. There are no exceptions to this rule.
20.    MallCrawl is not a venue for personal vendettas or for the resolution of personal disputes with members, individuals, or companies.
21.    Claims of action and calls to action against any company or person will be removed.
22.    Anyone posting another member’s personal information or website details without permission will be banned.
23.     Discussions of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
24.     MallCrawl reserves the right to remove offensive posts without notice.


ADVERTISING, SELF-PROMOTION, SOLICITATION & COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS


25.     Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the discussion areas, email, visitor messages, blog comments, picture comments and private message systems to spam other MallCrawl members.
26.    Copyrighted content may not be inserted into MallCrawl posts. Minor fair use excerpts of less than one paragraph (4 sentences) may be used if the content is publicly available on the internet. All other forms of inserted content from copyrighted content placed into messages will be removed without exception. A link to the content is acceptable and appropriate.

MODERATION


28.    All posts, including blog comments, are moderated for foul language.
29.    Although the administrators and moderators of MallCrawl will attempt to remove all objectionable posts, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of MallCrawl will not be held responsible for the content within any message.
30.    The owners of MallCrawl reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
31.    Discussions about moderator or administrator actions are welcome in email or local private messages, but should not be discussed in a public thread. This is out of respect for the members and moderators or policy involved.


MISCELLANEOUS


32.    Never give out your MallCrawl login information or password to anyone, and you should not disclose server logins and/or passwords to anyone except through the MallCrawl support system. We are not responsible if you disclose this information to anyone else.
33.    While these rules have been made to cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. MallCrawl reserves the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure our site is not abused or disrupted in any way.


THIRD PARTY DISPUTES & CUSTOMIZATIONS


MallCrawl will not mediate third-party disputes due to third-party purchases. Third-party purchases include any item purchased as a result of reading about it on MallCrawl. Purchasing these items from a third party company is done at your own risk. If you have an issue with a third-party regarding their support or conduct, then you will need to handle it through the means they provide. Any such threads on this topic will be closed.
