We are very excited to welcome you to MallCrawl! This is a brand new website where you can meet friends, and find information about shopping malls, sales, deals, coupons and much much more. Never before has there been once place where you could find information on all shopping malls across the country – until now.


I was in the Short Hills Mall last week and was finishing up my store rounds getting ready to leave. I remembered that I wanted to get a housewarming gift for a friend who is a science/nature buff. I was standing by Bloomingdale’s looking around – was there a Museum Company store or other nature store in the Short Hills Mall? Not something I have ever paid attention to before! And with no mall directory within 20 feet of where I stood – and suddenly wishing MallCrawl was ready so I could access the mall map from the palm of my hand – I just left the mall.

MallCrawl is not our website, but a website that belongs to everyone who likes to spend time at the mall. Which is pretty much everybody. All the data on the site comes from you. It is impossible for us to be in every store in every mall at once, so we need you to help us out. When you find your deal of the week, post it to the site. You will find that you will be helping others – and in return others will be helping you when you are looking for something specific.


As we launch we have 350 shopping malls in our database. If you don’t see your local mall, please let us know as soon as possible! We are working hard to be as comprehensive as we can and promise to have every mall in the country on our site.


So we encourage you to tell your friends about MallCrawl, whether to post or to just use it to get data before going shopping or making a purchase. Not only is it completely free, but you will actually save money because we have coupons, sales, and product bargains. We also think you will have a lot of fun posting photos of outfits you like, flirting with mall co-workers, or even sharing a funny story about what happened to you when you went shopping.


We are currently looking for bloggers to help out with the MallCrawl live coverage. High school and college students looking for internships are welcome. If you are interested, please get in touch with us. Of course, if you have any comments or feedback on how we are doing or what features you would like to see added, let us know. We are real people who will answer your emails, because creating the best user experience on MallCrawl is our number one priority.
